The Cross Border Protection Service protects both your tyres and car batteries across Singapore and Malaysia. Whether it’s a puncture, bulge, cut tyre, or a faulty battery, you can count on us to keep you moving.

Only participating tyre brands purchased from City Tyre Auto Pte. Ltd. (CTA) in Singapore or Hawk Tyre Service Sdn Bhd (HTS) in Malaysia are eligible.

 

What’s Covered?

Tyres – Road hazard damages that are beyond repair, such as:

  • Punctures

  • Cuts

  • Bulges

  • Impact damages

Batteries – Coverage against defects or failures based on warranty terms.

1.    Can I claim my damaged tyre in Singapore and Malaysia?
a.    Yes you can! Only participating brand tyres purchased from either City Tyre Auto Pte. Ltd. (“CTA”) or Hawk Tyre Service Sdn Bhd ("HTS") Outlets is eligible for the claim!

4.    Are there any installation fees?
a.    Yes, there is an installation fee of SGD25 NETT per tyre for claims done in Singapore.
b.    Yes, there is an installation fee of RM50 NETT per tyre for claims done in Malaysia.

5.    Are there any other terms & conditions?
a.    All prevailing Terms & Conditions stated on both websites applies and subjected to change without prior notice.

6. What document needed for claim process ?
a.  Respective country's official invoice must be produced for the claim.

7. Can I choose to use MY or SG rate to claim?
a.  Cannot, rates are fixed according to the above terms and conditions.

9. What types of damages are covered by Tyre Protection Plan? 
a. The Tyre Protection Plan will cover the road hazard damages that are beyond repair such as puncture, cut, bulge or impact during the course of normal driving on a maintained road.

10. What if the claimed tyre is out of stock or not available in the respective country?
a. Similar alternative brands and models may be offered with a top-up if not available. No refund for cheaper alternatives.
